His dedication to caregiving is deeply personal, as he provided end-of-life care for his grandfather in 2012 and his father last year.
His career includes significant roles at Pride Industries, where he contributed to providing meaningful employment for individuals with developmental disabilities, and at a Supported Living Services agency, where he advanced from caregiver to supervisor and manager before eventually owning his own agency.
